Job Roles
– Follow up on the latest developments in the perception of the sale and deficiencies in requests for clients and projects.
– Preparing the weekly and daily production plan in coordination with the Director of Supply Planning and sending it to each of the Production, Warehouses, and Quality Departments and product development.
– Participate in the preparation of annual production plans based on available production capacities and measured production rates.
– General follow-up of production orders at all stages of the production process and issuing a daily and monthly report on their status and the extent of their delay.
– Release production orders and packing orders according to the plan, whether local or foreign.
– Reviewing raw materials and production requirements and coordinating with the department (warehouses, procurement, and product development) to cover any shortage of raw materials or find substitutes for them. Production plan counter.
– Close all production and packaging orders on the ERP system after the complete product has been delivered to the warehouse.
– Review what has been accomplished on the production order and additions, as well as returns to stores and semi-finished quantities before closing the production order to control differences in orders.
– Coordinate with the sales department represented by the sales coordinators to provide missing products from the warehouses and prioritize the production load.
– Daily and weekly follow-up of the set plan and what has been accomplished, updating it and determining the percentage of its achievement.
– Follow up on the security balance of the full product store and safety stock.
– Following Production Process Cycle Average life of production order (from the release date to closing to ensure plans are completed on time, production cycle time, and lead time) from order issuance to product receipt in store.
– Carry out other tasks assigned to him, eg: slack run plan and special orders planning.
– The tasks of preparing plans and reports such as:
  — Request status report.
  — Weekly production/order plan.
  — Customer order report.
  — Monitor all equipment on the production line, and make necessary adjustments or repairs to maintain the smooth operation of the production line.
  — Ensures that production targets are met with regard to efficiency, minimum wastage, and run rates.
  — Implements the regular preventive maintenance program, and recommends any additional needs not included in the preventive maintenance programs.
  — Anticipate/fix any defects that may cause production lines to stop.
  — Manufacture or repair defective component parts and assemblies.
  — Prepare reports of any comments or complaints regarding the operation of the device.
  — Makes recommendations to the line commander.
